We consider a group to be a reservation of 6 rooms or more. For any group reservations, we request that you contact us directly or use the form that is spawned when you select 6+ rooms in the Check Availability function above.
Yes. However, our hotel will only recognize a credit card on which the authorized payee’s name is clearly present and visible, copy of the payee’s identification and a credit card authorization form is completed and faxed back to our property. You can contact us for the Credit Card Authorization Form and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.

Yes, when you book your stay via the INNsight.com booking engine, we ensure to take every safeguard possible in transmitting and storing any personal data including SSL Encryption and other PCI compliant standards.
Simply follow the instructions to modify or cancel your reservation found in your Reservation Confirmation Email. Alternately, you can find the link to Cancel or Modify Your Reservation in the footer of the hotel’s website. Please note, your reservation is not canceled until and unless you receive an email confirmation for the cancellation.
During the booking process you can enter any special requests into the "Special Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met. You can find the hotel’s contact details on the Contact Us page of our website.
As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear in your browser session. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online. We will also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.

Our check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.

Early Check-In Policy
We're happy to welcome guests as early as possible when availability allows.

  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Early check-in available for $40
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Early check-in available for $25
  • After 3:00 PM: Regular check-in time at no additional charge

Early check-in requests are subject to room availability on the day of arrival. If you'd like to arrange an early arrival, please let us know in advance by calling or emailing and we'll do our best to accommodate your plans. 

Late Check-Out Policy
We understand travel plans don't always fit neatly into a schedule. When available, we're happy to extend your stay a little longer:

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Late check-out available for $25
  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Late check-out available for $40
  • After 2:00 PM: Full night's room charge may apply

Late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day of departure. If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact the front desk in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your plans.

 

Guests can check in and check out at our front desk during staffed hours. At certain times, we also offer support through a live kiosk agent — a real person available on-screen to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. No matter the time of your arrival, you'll always have access to staff support on-site to ensure a smooth experience.

All reservations, unless otherwise noted, have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled by 4 PM the day prior to arrival. Special events or particular dates may have different cancellation policies.
In order for a cancellation to be valid, guests must obtain and retain a valid cancellation number for verification and proof of cancellation. Without such cancellation number, the hotel reserves the right to charge guest a no-show fee of room and tax for one night.

Yes, the hotel will pre-authorize the first night's room and tax on the day of arrival. If the credit card returns declined, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Pre-authorizations are voided at check-out. Depending on your banking institution, pre-authorizations may take anywhere between 7-21 business days to be removed from pending transactions. The hotel is not responsible for overdrawn accounts due to pre-authorizations.

Yes, we are located approximately two (2) miles south of Stanford University, and approximately two and one-half (2.5) miles south of Stanford Hospital & Clinics.

The hotel does not offer a local or airport shuttle service. In addition to using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft, please visit our Location page for more information on transportation options.
